This list was researched by me. I was originally going to create a script that would automate sending emails to all of them using their specifications, but decided against it.
I'm confident that there aren't any other blogs that'll give you a reasonable amount of exposure for the effort it takes to email them. Most smaller rap blogs get little to no traffic, especially towards your music.
