CHALLENGER'S RAP
- Determined to do 200 push-ups a day with 60 curls to each-arms for a month maybe more even if there is water dripping-down my ass crack I'll continue t'ill my arms cracks I swear it is a fact!
- Sometimes like this morning I almost gave-up this extremely-intensive 5-mins training like someting'is dragging-me down to my spirit then I remember the time I had to prepare the hot-pepers in the kitchen then got an urge to piss so I precipitated the toilet only to burn my dick's tip with a drip of capsaicin while meanwhile the phone aggressively-rang once twice then thrice before I could even get the fuck out of the cabin where I've been to take a piss then burned my kids.
- So to anybody wondering if having the ring on fire is the worst wait t'ill you get the tip on fire I swear it is worst than getting mugged by a bear in rainforest while nothing you wear with your ass bare.
- So then I remember it isn't that bad especially with a quick-bowl of weed consumed like a treat or a slow-dab of wax hitting alike a stone-slab to the face to numb the pain during the training is the perfect things to mix.
- Two push-ups a second with 1curl at the second to each arms going-up to 30 each is the standard,
- training like hell four days a week with three days rest,
- 100 pushups with 60 stretches in the morning then the same in the evening before going to sleep at the calendar ain't no canulars,
- training like hell t'ill the bells rings to drop the dumbells I swear it is some crazy navy-seals army shits!
- Training t'ill gains ain't caring of the pain nor the rain because this goal is mine and with-it I am fine!)
