CHALLENGER'S RAP
- I used to eat like shit everyday
- Either way I had to change my diet anyway
- Now I have high blood pressure and I need to take medication
- But the best thing I've done for that is deep breathing and meditation
- Stress is real and can take a toll on your physical and mental health
- All I can say is everything in moderation and take care of yourself
- I try to eat right but now it's pretty easy
- Reducing the cravings not trying to be greedy
- To feeling better to having health optimized
- I'm saying this all within these rhymes
DEFENDER'S RAP
- I don't eat as much as I used to and that's probably
- Due to the fact that most food is just low quality
- I mean get this, junk food should be avoided obviously
- They contain harmful ingredients in high quantities
- Especially eating it in excess treat it like a treat
- Even eating the wrong meat is bad they treat it like a beef
- But even some vegetables are bad too, they could be a danger
- The Oxalates, Lectins, Phytoestrogens, Phytic Acid, is major
- Are vegetables found in nature? That's a theory for later
- I'm not a hater of foods, I just want to know what I eat is safer
- That's why I eat grass fed beef, along with well cooked vegetables
- I make homemade cake for treats it's sweet then the question comes
- "What about my exercise routine?" Well I do strength training
- Just 3 days a week, along with cycling for cardio staying
- Pretty fit, I used to do taekwondo, I got up to a black belt
- So yeah, I kick ass, haha, anyway, it really helped with my health
- And if anything else, it least I have my health, it's getting better
- Everyone is gonna go one day, so enjoy your life with pleasure
