Lyrical Analysis of...
First Love
- He once lived in a time
- When he got a lovely sign
- It was, when he met this girl
- They started talking all the time
- They worked together in a play
- Saw each other everyday
- But sadly he was to afraid
- To simply ask her on a date
- That was the first of his mistakes
- But the play was luckily
- Annually, so next year he
- Could see her again, thankfully
- And that's when he, finally
- Asked her to be ,alongside me
- And together they moved on
- Just like a happy love story
- They made a lot of fun at Christmas time
- Where love can shine, and love did shine
- With him and her combined
- The greatest couple you'll ever find
- Unless you looked farther than a meter
- Because love will need a feeder
- And neither of them could be the
- Necessary source of heat to
- Keep the flame alive so she took
- The responsibility to
- Ask a question she felt the need to
- She asked me to honestly prove
- That our spark was still a deed of love
- And not a perfectly planned
- Chain of defense to keep my needs fed
- And not care about what she felt
- But for him, 'twas an achievement
- For he never had a treatment
- Like what she did to appease him
- When appease was what he needed
- But suddenly it got deleted
- When she felt it wasn't needed
- Anymore to keep the peace and
- Started believing he wasn't the one
- Then he made a big mistake, bigger than ever before
- He couldn't even tell her how, much he honestly felt sorry
- Then came the morning where he said: 'I don't love you anymore, we
- Just can't be together you surely are not the right girl for me
- This is the end of our story, an end to us together
- I swear, i loved you once, but now i think that i know better
- This was when he said goodbye, although it was a little mean
- But what do you honestly expect, I was just barely thirteen
