Lyrical Analysis of...
Untitled Song
- I remember your death like it was yesterday, the angels came and they took you away.
- He was my grandad, but my best friend too,
- but compared to me, he was a god to me.
- He gave me advice to help me by, but when they took you away, they took my heart away.
- I told my friends about his death, but they said, while sighing,
- we don’t care about your life story, it’s just because you want the attention and glory.
- Then I thought to myself this can’t be true
- all I wanted to do was talk about you and that they weren’t my real friends.
- Then I walked away and started crying and I said to myself I feel like dying.
- I got really angry and said to thee, do not fucking take the piss out of me.
- I said to the heavens “where are you grandad?” I need advice and a helping hand.
- I took my rage out on my family, yeah I was mad, I couldn’t help it, and I know it was bad.
- A couple days I realised the wrong but what really helped me was writing this song
- and the help of my grandad to right the wrong.
