- Made this at the end of last year but here it goes:
- Coming to the end of 2015, learned a few lessons that are important to me,
- I'm sure alot of you can relate to me,
- on what these lessons will be,
- lesson number one live life care free, cause it's no fun if you worry,
- especially about every little thing,
- big or small, fuck them all,
- focus on you then worry about another,
- watch who you call your sister or brother,
- one day you're as tight as a virgin, next day act like you never rolled together,
- trust be as light as a feather,
- mood change just like this damn weather,
- skin more thick and tough than leather, even tho you real niggas be faker than pleather,
- but as long as you real and you know it,
- tell them haters to hop off your dick,
- cause you ain't with that bullshit,
- you never been a part of that shit,
- I really wish I could rewind time, just like the flick of a wrist,
- then maybe I could go back to before I met that bitch,
- lesson number two watch who trust,
- thought life was going my way like a city bus,
- had a girl and a close friend, now i just call them all sus,
- thought she was the girl of my dreams and she had that ass which was a plus,
- found out she didn't love me, kept saying it just to keep me happy,
- which makes you think, maybe, she did or maybe she's just kind,
- hard to believe that when you know she had another guy on her mind,
- she's the reason for a lot of my rhymes and a lot of pain and time spent crying,
- almost thought of dying, then I told myself like vine, why the fuck you lying?
- For the guy I called my brother he was a homie just like no other,
- helped me after her and I broke up,
- I had suspicions on what was going on, but I didn't want to think too much,
- but sure enough, he didn't give a fuck about how I felt and she didn't either,
- I was so mad it was the only time I've thought about murder,
- but I stopped, once again and thought they fucked up,
- yeah I know I'm full of anger, but why mess around with unfaithful partners,
- so I cut her off and still got him,
- yeah I say that we're friends, but I still got my eye on him,
- now maybe I'm overreactin', but I've never been in this type of situation,
- forgiveness with this shit will require patience, but I'm determined to follow through,
- lesson number three and take it from me, don't hold grudges just let it be,
- and I promise your soul will feel free, and you won't have to worry about some stupid history,
- you can move on with life, and learn from the past to make the future right,
- like Rihanna said shine bright, either forget about stuff or make it right,
- no use in keeping bullshit on your mind,
- learned more this year than I did in school,
- learned you can't be too nice or you get played like a fool,
- also learned you can't trust a girl,
- they won't treat you the same even if you treat them like a jewel,
- but I say goodbye to 2015, even though I really found me,
- but I'm ready to wipe that slate clean,
- and I'm ready for next year and to see what 2016 brings
