Lyrical Analysis of...
Quarter-Life Crisis
- Quarter Life Crisis
- Preached to as kids,
- We could not understand,
- Reached through our lids
- Polymorphous like sand
- Our endeavors would lead us to darkness consume
- Destined to be nothing once outside the womb
- My teachers they spewed a false scripture on me
- Like preachers ignorant about the lessons they teach
- Godly expression for mortals to hear,
- Undoubted exalted omnipresence here
- Understood through fear, obey those you can't see
- Our words here are gospel, no way you can be
- Anything better than who you could dream we
- Made sure of that when we wrote all the books
- And embedded our hooks
- Freemason design
- This pseudo portrayal
- Of understood time
- Will soon be forgotten
- Devices connect
- Deep into all minds
- My virus infects
- They say they prepare us for
- Life as adults, like animals
- We adapt and soon we find all the holes
- We can fall into we are programmed to
- No point in going against it
- Through careful selection and
- Words subconsciously connected
- To mathematical projections
- Identified already by those who
- Have rectified temples to honor them
- And the knowledge we've been blessed with
- We'll never hear it
- It's disguised within language ancient in origin
- Lies we've been fed by the big men controlling
- Who know it's power
- So for now, we cower
- Like animals
- They have us caged and we slave for them
- Days haven't changed as these wages stay slim
- Preached to as kids,
- We could not understand,
- Reached through our lids
- Polymorphous like sand
- Our endeavors would lead us to darkness consume
- Destined to be nothing once outside the womb
- The streets are the reason they stay in those big
- White buildings and pleading to change
- The laws right out from under us
- Pretending we vote for all of this
- Then lending no hand when it spins out of control
- Crying about people concerned about
- Not having the food stamps they need to
- Feed their families, I've learned
- They just can't be trusted
- For our freedom they've lusted
- Since the Founding Fathers
- Made that deal with the Freemasons
- In God we trust ,huh?
- School was the reason it took so long for me
- Thirty I picture I'll blow up, y'all will see
- Taxing my wages in stages so I don't see
- How much money you rob from me
- Probably enough for five sports cars to be
- Balling hard in Rome or Italy
- Preached to as kids,
- We could not understand,
- Reached through our lids
- Polymorphous like sand
- Our endeavors would lead us to darkness consume
- Destined to be nothing once outside the womb
