I was chilling with friends and working the other night

when I saw this helpless lady walking over to my right

something felt wrong she a had sadness in her eyes

inspirated but obligated, felt it was wise i said,

would you like a message your looking really stressed out

her husband had died and shes moving to the FL

she asked me as a sales man, why did you acknowledged me

you could of let me go I have to offer you an apology.

You made me feel special in a way that I cant deny

if heaven had a job i'd recommend you apply

the little things in life are important that she told me

your kindness has inspired me, and you didn't even know me

I may be getting old but i know I've got a lot to learn

telling me to get a raise your getting paid so absurd

persuading my boss with metaphors and analogies

telling her i should be make twenty times her salary.
