That took her life

That took her all

Took her childhood

Took everything she's ever wanted

Let me tell you the story

 

This all started way before her teens

They never loved her

So she had to leave

She was in the streets

And sold herself for greens

Her home was a hell full of murderers and they're still together

And kill with words

It didn't matter if she carried their blood

It was her turn

Cigarette burns

And once she called him dad

It all started once mama passed away

She would always see him stick a needle through his vein

She seen him red

She seen him blue

She tried to help him through

Then he tried something new

Took her to the room

And started with the shoes

She never screamed

She never yelled

She never cried

She was raised like this

"Show your strength and pride"

"Fear no man" He said

But she feared them all

The man who supposed to be her superhero

Was the first one to take her prized possession

 

Chapter Two

She drops out of school'

Her father says she's worthless

Ha! That's nothing new

"So now you think you're cool just cuz you dropped out of school

let me guess your into drugs now. Oh whats the use

Get out my house! Go on get out!"

She turns around

She gets out

And she starts a path

"What do I do now, I'm all alone at last"

I have no clothes, I have no food

I should've thought this through

 

She started smoking dope

She started shooting up

She was with her "love"

But he would never give her up

He'd hit her

He'd throw her

Mistreat her

It's over

Once she had the chance

She ran home at last

She knocked and waited and even rang the doorbell

She looked through the windows, are they there

She couldn't tell

She ran to the back

And saw that the door was cracked

She went inside

Its empty

"Maddie, Brian! Come on where are you guys"

And then she see's it

She drops to her knees

"No father please! How could you do this to me

All I do is bleed, Does it fulfill your needs

I hope they rest in peace"

Then she goes to her room

Thinks of what to do

How come she never knew

She looks for a gun

Once again she's on the run

What did she do wrong

To deserve this type of bomb

She points it to herself

And then she drops it

She kneels next to her dad

Who is bleeding really bad

Says sorry for the life that she never had

Now she's all alone

She doesn't even have a home

She should've thought this through but then again

She never knew
