But not enough to feel the quench that our thirst wishes to taste when victory is close but I'm humble and never forget my damn post

A heart so heavy filled with sand from the fake love that they gave me, only saved me from the rest of the pain that would've came my way

Would have been lost like a soul wandering in a circle, an abyss full of torment amd no escape, but I found it, rap became my hero's cape

To cope with pain my way, and say shit that needed to be said then not now, the future cane quick didn't it? So now you see a different me

I've grown, gone through stages in life with faces I used to know, and when I turned my back they think I was cold, nope hold it

A way to escape the agony that only haunted me, and I see as an annoyance, an anchor to drag but nah, ima cut loose cause I'm free

And now that I am, there's no knowing what else I can fucken achieve, on my own since then, and I been dedicated to this shit as if it were my woman
