Nights Awake

Nights awake.

Lights from insights shine like diamonds, I'm wide awake.

Time delays when I write a rhyme.

Light the way with fire, I'll find a way.

A reminder every time I pray they require I pay.

I desire to aspire to higher days despite the rays.

Sliding sideways, biting faith.

Lightening can be frightening when it lights up the space.

Heights of insight can be inspiring or a knife with the shakes.

I live my life in states, a cycle of grace, a trace of the divine in my mind like traits.

I'm face to face with design, the wave breaks and I define the fates.
