Been meaning to trail this path, I hope you care.

I can’t forgive myself for leaving, then slipping,
You gave me time, but I was lost in the tripping.
Let’s speak our truth, let’s show what we’re feeling,
Forget what they say; our hearts keep on healing.
Speaking of true, let’s grab a bite to eat,
Spend the day together, let’s feel the heartbeat.
We missed our moment, yeah, we lost our chance,
But that doesn’t mean we can’t take a stance.
Let’s stay low-key till we’re all caught up,
Been a few years, but let’s fill that cup.
I know you hate me, but can we find a way?
Let’s seek the problems, let’s not fade away.
