Caesar high mighty to the point we call you Caesar

Worshiped so well as a military leader

People like you like they like their violence

If you were to die there would be so much silence

 

No doubt about it, he has been there and done that

Brutus would die for him and no doubt we respect that

Mark Antony's there at his side

For that, we step back tip our hats and swallow our pride

 

But you got too high and mighty and did this with much bravery

You wanted to take us Romans and force us to slavery

Giving Cassius the hungry look, with a taste so unsavory

You basically made and moved the way of conspiracy

 

Et Tu Brute? Then fall, Caesar

Romans look to the sky at the fall of their leader

Liberty! Freedom! Tyranny is dead!

But it had to come at the sake of his head

 

People come and go but the stories all the same

Brutus and Cassius left the city at the sake of his name

They didn't want the death to come with such a fame

But to Mark Antony they were the only two to blame

 

Brutus said the speech with the commoners on his side

He tried to make Caesar look like the bad guy

All hail Brutus, Caesar has been reborn

But our hearts belong to Caesar, so our hearts are still torn

 

With Antony up next the conspirators were scared

He revealed Caesars body to the commoners that stared

He spoke of Caesars will that got them riled up

Then commoners took to the town and set it a muck

 

So they ran, screaming, crying, like babies at what they were

They were fighting for conspiracy and giving it new birth

Haters are my motivators but don't tell that to them

So as Brutus and Cassius yell, the Romans get ready

Trying to fight the pain they unleashed in bloody war

All over Caesar, a man they all adored

They brought along their daggers, the ones used to kill Caesar

Antony had support, and by far was a crowd pleaser
