Forgotten Support

Look I’m dedicating this song to all those who,

Don’t know how to ask for help,

I just wanna say we are all the same as well,

Human beings and everything,

 

Do you remember sunny skies,

Do you remember rainy days,

Didn't care who would criticize,

We'd just embrace the haze,

Didn't care about the lies,

That were said to our face,

That fire from inside,

Erased all the pain but,

 

Now we live with deceit,

Surrounded by the greed,

Kicking fellow human beings,

Out on the street,

 

Remember all those children,

Who'd laugh and sing with joy,

Are now those wandering strangers,

Just trying to stay employed,

 

And in the name of GOD,

We waged wars,

And In the name of GOD,

We found warmth,

 

Why is it when we need forgiveness,

And cannot find remorse,

We try to hide our pains,

We hide behind locked up doors,

 

We cannot ask for help,

I always wondered why,

We Rather stack the shelves,

And silence the cries,

 

We say emotions bad,

They lead to our demise,

Why can't we open our mind,

And let the light shine inside,

 

I'm talking about forgotten times,

When we looked through innocent eyes,

I sometimes think back,

What happened to that child,

 

He wanted to help, But didn't know how,

He grew and carried every burden, That he saw around,

They didn't know he was hurting, He was forced to bear a smile,

Yeah This was my Journey, Yeah This was my Trial,

I'll take it on the chin, Carry on the cycle,

To protect my kin,

Before we were hypnotized,

We'd live it day by day,

We'd leave it up to GOD,

And think back to the memories we forgot,

 

Cause we spend most our lives,

Crying over wasted time,

Just to scared to try,

And keep an open mind,

Your so scared of silence,

It might be the answer,

You will never know unless you fight.

Just like a kite,

Reach a new world,

Oh what a sight,

 

A new atmosphere,

Take a leap of faith,

Forget your fears,

And ignite the flame,

Just know that lies,

Won't erase the pain,

Leave your trust in GOD,

Because on Heaven, Earth, He reigns.
