"Blessed are the poor in spirit,

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

 

everyone should have a chance

to enter the kingdom of heaven

 

Blessed are they who mourn,

for they shall be comforted.

 

though whoever mourns

should be comforted

 

Blessed are the meek,

for they shall inherit the earth.

 

the meek shall not be discriminated

they should be praised

 

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,

for they shall be satisfied.

 

the hunger shall be helped

for God shall provide for the poor

 

Blessed are the merciful,

for they shall obtain mercy.

 

the merciful should be given mercy

you treat others how they would like to be treated

 

Blessed are the pure of heart,

for they shall see God.

 

the pure of heart should be celebrated

as they are true followers of God

 

Blessed are the peacemakers,

for they shall be called children of God.

 

any person who the brings peace

they are living as a child of God

 

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness,

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

 

those who are persecuted for their beliefs

shall be comforted in heaven

 

God gave us the beatitudes

we are all children of God

we shall all listen to his words

and respect other as God would like us to

So we can all rejoice

in the kindgom of heaven
