Apple of the tree

• Written by

Take the apple off the tree
I dare you to eat
And really see life
See the light, the angels dressed in all white
See the night, the demons bring a fright
We live this life with struggles
Plagued by our worldly troubles
We beat the walls, see our bloody knuckles
Held down break our shackles
Knocked me down without a sound
Just put me in a capsule

This world isn't for me
I lay up, trying to talk to the trees
I meditate, I'm one with the breeze
I need help, I sneezed
Bless you, say please
Sit back and watch the leaves
Stay in your lane, you're not in my league
I mean you still smoke weed
It blinds you and inhibits you to succeed

I'm in this world, just longing to be free
Take the drapes off my eyes, let me really see
Let me sit up in my room and read
Let a young man be
All these troubles with my family plague me
I have to be
They need me
Theres no rest for a G
Why me

No time to whine
The struggle on my shoulders
I plan to lead my soldiers
Crossing new borders, they follow my orders
I'm turning non believers into supporters
Have the whole world in my corner
This world just feels like hell and torture

But I move forward
Always moving toward
A new world order
We dont have to wait any longer
We are smarter
And we will conquer
I'll lead, it'll be my honor
I'm a monster, the sinner
Who knew that'd me winner, the owner
I wait, no longer
Its over
