Airhead
• Written by MCG
I just sit by the window frame, watch the rain drops
Ironic how life is nice and then it hates us
Tries to gate us so put on your mask: Gucci clothes to spand"ax" like the satisfaction'll last
It's pathetic, you're damn right I said it,
I'm poetic with my rhetoric, a lonely degenerate with some bad etiquette, gas and accelerants
Burn the world down with some rage that is reverent
Still staring out that window,
in the back of a class so watch my mind as it goes
to another dimension with no comprehension that I've zoned out and am missing the lesson
I should pay attention but I can't help it
I hate being here plus I'm just inattentive
Yeah, I got better shit to do
I'd rather write raps that you can relate to
(hook)
Cause I'm an airhead
An airhead
An air filled airhead, in a class I am dead
An airhead
Yeah, I got better shit to do
I'd rather write raps that you can relate to
Than listen to a teacher ramble in a square room
Surrounded by these squares, it's ridiculous dude
What you expect me to do?
How you expect me to behave when you stick me in this cage and then give me a page?
Plus a pen
Thoughts within
Bite in every class I'm in
My teachers agree that I'm an airhead, kid!
And I'm entitled to the title, I raise it with pride
You couldn't pick apart my mind no matter how hard you tried
And if you ever say you did? I'd know it's a lie
For you I'll keep it simple with that nursery rhyme
I'm obsessed with time
Cause every second's a memory
that steadily degenerates with a mellow melody
My legacy is ecstasy to enemies it's heresy:
a felony to hip hop cause I'm a different pedigree and mentally a Kennedy cause I promote the equity
and just like him, I'll go young and go dreadfully
But my lyrical skill is of supremacy
So goodnight, goodbye, I'm MCG, this is complexity
(hook)
Cause I'm an airhead
An airhead
An air filled airhead in a class I am dead
An airhead
