If I Had
• Written by Wrathvolution
It all started with the tingle in my heart
Never would've imagine it would develop to this cut
My feelings to you was more than just a facade
I dare not to project my emotions as loud as a bazaar
And most people find it bizarre
I ask myself why can't love be as quiet as the star
So I held myself and try not to be that transparent
I know that time with me ain't that pleasant
hence I let her off and search for a better pavement
(Chorus)
If I had......
If I had... ( told her what I feel at her presence)
If I had....( but I let her go and she would never be my crescent)
If I had that one more chance, she'll never leave and go
I just met her at the junction this afternoon
She was opposite of my designated route
I could not function normally as I could
I cannot face her at this phase
So I try to slow down with my pace
Try to keep my nerve down; not to chase
If this is a race, I would've lost her in the maze
I'm not amazed at my ability to put down what I've raised
She end up seeing me
And I ran up to receive in
Just a few words from each other
Greetings, blessings but not the wishings of a pair of lover
End up so emotional that I couldn't even focus
Need a little hocus pocus to bring me back to my fortress
Regrets reflect and recollect the past that I want to reset
I know I ain't that perfect but only...
(Chorus)
If I had......
If I had... ( told her what I feel at her presence)
If I had....( but I let her go and she would never be my crescent)
If I had that one more chance, she'll never leave and go
Walking down the lonely alley
Wonder if only this world is make up of pony and fairy
How good would that be
And now I'm sitting down on this chair, penning down my despair
If only I am well verse in the art of love, could make it one of my flair
Heart's burning, calculate in celcius
Love's churning, it can even melt tears
If I had that courage to tell her my feelings, it would not end up this grievous
If I had....
