and yet I'm standing on the land that y'all stole
Most just wanna be accepted
When are y'all gonna learn to see it from a different perspective

I just really grew confused
Without a clue what to do
Watching how some families struggled to get some food
And some fitting five kids to a room
As a nation we wanna solve world hunger
but what about them kids where the only meal they get is at school?
Some people are just handed the tools

What else can I conclude?
Everyone has to unite cuz we got something to prove
Shit ain't gonna fix itself until actions ensue
And we gotta persue
The unity with the human entity,
And I'm just taking some time to speak some truth

Is this the life y'all wanna face in the fu-ture
Cuz it's gonna happen that way soo-ner

Unless we start now to look to achieve something greater
