On The Generation

• Written by Anonymous

You have to start somewhere, and best believe when I start something I finish

And I'm not finished
This is just the beginning
I'm in the 9th inning
Yet I'm winning,
They told me to win, I had to be sinning
You have be kidding
They talk to this generation
What they need to talk about is patience
And how to feed a nation
How to fix these relations
How to be a better person on the ocassion
That you have chance to solve an altercation
But I'm racing
You see I'm never time wasting
Acting fast because this youth is acting rash
Be smart
Aim for the top of the charts
Use your heart
Go feed the needy in the park
But just know this is the start
You always have up your guard
I know you were scarred
But that doesn't help you determine the reals and fakes apart
You need to relax and restart
New views, old ways
Lets go back to the good days
Did you forget about praise
What about grace
You're moving a slow pace
Check the case
Go after what you chase
Dream chasers, helping strangers
Yet we seek danger
But we always avoid anger
It looks to nothing good
Just stay focused and do what you should
Stand apart, play your part
Make something great, I expect to see your art
I send my best regards
We all have something special
We are tested with these different levels
But if you follow your passion, you deserve a medal
But they say I'm going mental
I think their wrong, they're just a little judgemental
Say it to face, I just hope you have dental
