Walking in this life of immortal sin
So long I don't know where to fucking begin
Man empty entirely constructed of tin
Searching to locate the missing heart within
My thoughts always being strung out to thin
Never knowing if I will ever win
Life always seems to be stuck in a spin
Walking through hell always wearing this grin
Taking these punches straight to the chin
Listening for death to play the violin
Is anyone watching the path that I take
Does it even matter or is this all fake
Stepping forward feeling the whole earth quake
Empty so long my soul is free to awake
My bones brittle always filled with this ache
The feeling covers me this might be a mistake
Someone illuminate my path for my souls sake
Heaven help me my conscious is at stake
Eyes adjusting to darkness like a snake
Colors fading fast life becoming opaque
Darkness covers everything in time
Patiently waiting never seeing a sign
Is this reality is this even mine
Man covered in black trying to walk the line
Searching for the powers of the three six nine
Powers that be working to dull my shine
Praying i will cure something like a fine wine
Is this life a fallacy or is this divine
Feeling so lost its impossible to define
Will I ever elevate or will I decline
I’ll forever strive to finish this race
Crossing the finish line at my own pace
DMT hits having me lost in outer space
Veil over my eyes looking through the lace
If I disappear would there be a trace
Losing things that I can never replace
Living a nightmare stricken with disgrace
Slowly fading like a flower in a vase
Will the Blue star ever reveal its face
Hoping to transcend with immortal grace
