The One Who Knocks

• Written by

You think you can come to my door, Co-dancer when I know your soul is empty with no answer.
You just tempt me with a "Hello" and then see my temper.
You read from the old seed and I've searched through my own being just to be greeting you with a lecture.
Before bleeding you like I'm Dexter.
I'm leaving before eating you like I'm Hannibal Lecter.
I know you're a messenger and I'm 'ma animal.
You come to my address dressed in your Sunday best and it's not even Sunday but I digress.
You saw my eyes, I'm under stress with 'a blunder, sound of thunder as I drown, frown my eyes because God sent another clown to feed me lies.
I see them sneak around like they be spies.
You look like sheep but with 'a baby's cry.
A meek lamb and I eat meat, damn.
