I'm tired of injustices cus of the color of my skin
Matter of fact is taking a bullet from an officer
Can't justify any sin
16 shots piercing the body of a black man
Our only plague was the streets
Now we have to fear the authorities?
When one life is taken violence ain't the answer
Retaliation only makes the circumstance like cancer
So do I have to sit quiet and wait for a chance or
Speak out against the racial wars
Who doesn't want to stand up for their people
Who doesn't want to save the lives of colored children
Instill in their young minds goals and ambitions of
Being a doctor, lawyer or even the white mans employer
Not the destroyer of their people who already were feeble
So they can stand up just like me
And be future kings and queens
Black Power
One Chicago night ended one bright mind
And in the eyes of the government
It was one small life.
That's one huge lie fed into the consumer
2 cops on duty expel 16 bullets with cruelty.
Maybe their fear got the best of them.
