Rich White Kids

On television all we see are just these rich white kids,

I bet the media had never known I'd spit like this,

and then the critics truly ask how many shits I give,

but man my life is so hectic that dude, I wish I did,

people bring me in the papers the most blatant of news,

I'm just doing what I'm supposed to, paying my dues,

playing my blues, while the hypocrites debatin' my views,

when they wouldn't be the same with a day in my shoes,

I wish I grew up racially mixed without the black and white,

without the racist hicks and ghetto thugs jackin' bikes,

but y'all know my story now, and I exist in the facts,

but all this hate that piles up feels like a missile attack,

to take this as on offense, don't say I'm dissin', in fact,

I don't want to hear my name again, the shit's in the back,

it's mostly white people, the homeless under the bridge,

rural Southern trailer parks, single mothers with kids,

Appalachia and the row homes in the Northeast Coast,

ethnic whites in New York City, tight-knit, keep close,

poor, working-class enclaves who can't afford health care,

the Louisiana Cajuns and Texans, still refuse welfare,

the white working class is the majority, the upper class,

and 53 percent of whites are just seen as "gutter trash",

and most rich people are white, just not the opposite,

the media just loves to portray it, flippin', poppin' shit,

and if there is white poverty, they're seen as rednecks,

committing incest it rundown trailers with Fed checks,

criminal intent, out of breath, reach limits per minute,

subliminal hint from hipsters and these liberal critics,

I'd rather hang out with conservative cynical bigots,

than with these Hollywood actors, a criminal sentence,

I never dreamed that the facts would pop shit like this,

covered suburban kids, man they're just rich white kids
