You can start of with 2
And then you’ll end up with 4
Cells will go through the cycle
It’s got 4 main phases
G1, S, G2
That’s called INTERPHASE
During M its mitosis
And cytokinesis
Start off with one cell
Its breaks into 2 pieces
PMAT we call it
OH! Start with prophase
META! Down in the middle
Then ANAPHASE!
Spindle pullin’ on ‘em
Oh now it’s almost complete
DNA moving sideways
From your head to your feet
Cuz when I’m
Splittin’ chromosomes we needin’
A copy to each side they speedin’
Then TELOPHASE
We got 2 nuclei
CYTOKINESIS splits the cell
So we don’t die
We don’t stop the cell cycle
Only abnormal ones would
So if you need your cells to live
Somewhere out in your hood just say...
