Culture Vultures

Race relations
I'm upset
on lack of progress
built up only to digress
kick back as I confess
assess my ideas
on the topic of appropriation
Whites who appropriate
are vultures
stealing cultures
of others, us coloreds
yet switch back
when they see
how wack
they've treat us
We thus
need to end this foolery
and act they way we should be
Saying "niggas"
pointing triggas
Nae nae and the whip
For now it may be hip
but eventually
they fall back to reality
when they see lower saleries
police brutality
and the galleries
of the many fatalities
When we bring up our struggle
they stay hushed, and clutch bundles
when we rush
by
Defiant
hoodlums when we riot
violent
yet we have our hands up
The war ain't yet won yet
One day I'll make us see the sunset
