Time For A Change

C2B2's Notes

No this isn't no love breakup bullshit, just some pent up anger I needed to release. Tell me what you think!

I'm tired of being a stale white punk ass kid, that raps about poppin off the pill lid,
Truth be told, I'm only seventeen years old, My heart is bold, I keep tryin to stay gold,
But this adolescent mind of mine, turnin me from gold to mold,
It's time for a change, but not this change,
I wish I had friends outside of my age range, does that sound strange,
Maybe one day, I can say, I'm apart of strange music, but I know thats just a lucid
dream, catchin this flow like hakeem, catches a football, Its time to crawl,
Outta my hiding ground, time to listen to the sound, time to climb up this mound,
of wannabe rappers, go all the way around, and up to the top, climb my way into hip hop,
Cause it's time for a change, I'm the classic estrange,
Losing affection between my fingers, bashing on singers, whos lyrics lingers in my ear,
causing me to steer, off the path, someone get me a beer,
Cause I'm getting real personal now, I don't know how, else to go about this, someone call bow wow,
Tell him I want his charm, I ain't causing no harm, until I set off this alarm,
Please note this isn't about you, Don't think this is a clue, or hint,
NO!
It's time for a change, time to rearrange, my life and its values, Im just drinkin booze,
to forget ABOUT YOU.
