Day after day
• Written by HonestJay
My hands haven't been this cold since 1999
No presents under the tree i swear that i was fine
No real guidance couldn't tell if i crossed the line
But whatever... feels like ive grown up at the wrong time
Crazy lifestyle sin for breakfast lunch and dinner
Too much pressure involved with being a winner
Bitter-Sweet celebrations fall into winter
When did it get so far
I couldn't even drive away yeah they jacked my car
so when i say life sucks who can judge me
Standing on the empire state who can budge me
I'm in a state that's far too ridiculous
abstract lines way too ambiguous
and far from contiguous
but fuck em its raw expression
Happiness; learning lessons to make it my profession
but my confession is to address the oppression
on teens forced into transgression
Fuck the media and all of its tricks
They teach you that you aint shit unless you the first one picked
Better hold that fake smile or you;ll get kicked
Turned society into lunatics... who fault is it?
