We're all just insects, swarming in the nest,

mindless little pests with a mind to infect,

A hive gone unchecked and lives gone unwept,

a queen to protect, and honey to collect.

they are threats to aggress, and a species to progress,

a monument to erect to a god that we had dreamt,

a hell to prevent and a heaven to be sent,

lies to invent and lies to accept

there's a truth to be bent and a truth to be stretched

when in truth we're all the cause of a cause and an effect
