How did this happen? I mean yeah I knew he was passing

But somehow I went from laughing to feeling my spirit dampen

Until someone looked me in the eye and filled me with a passion

Now my ship is back to sailing and it feels like I'm the captain

She said "yeah it sounds stupid but man I think you should do it"

To talk about positivity at a time when It felt fruitless

So if anybody out there is stuck and feeling useless
