Let It Be

//Intro:
Sunny Day.
Nah jokes.
Shout out to the Ant.
He's my boy.
//
//Verse One:
Out here making noise like a Harley Davis.
Even though I'm hardly famous what I'm writing is insanity up on these pages.
Changes we make on the stages, set us up for being our greatest.
Man we can't keep it together though. Yeah, we kept losing our patience.
As a group we learn to forget to take opportunities.
If we don't do that, well, our entire life would be a breeze.
These countries with legal fees, three of these.
He agrees that three countries not for odyssey's.
But in school we were never taught to read foreign policies.
You see I was born in the Philippines, where the grass isn't green,
and private Jeepneys always felt like dreamy limousines.
But I ain't Eminem, when my knees were weakened, the more I felt in my state of zen.
Songs aren’t the only places where needed make a change in them.
When I'm rhyming off of the stage I always felt like I needed to vent.
Or when someone else isn't on the same page and had needed send me.
A threat or a verbal abuse that I couldn't handle so I let the resent free.
On the front took a gamble labeling it as "To JG".
//
//Hook:
Let it be, let it free like we're running from a bomb.
Be who you are and run your life like a marathon.
But don't run from your past like you weren't paragon.
Or these rap para-shooters will gun you down like you're Megatron.
//
//Verse Two:
I was 13 when they tried to teach me discipline.
But It never sunk into my head 'cus they said I was always fidgetin'.
Teachers saying that "You always stood out because you were never fittin' in."
We punched, slapped, hit, kicked and scolded. Yeah were menacing.
"You'll never be successful." "Just end your life!" Pay the price.
The latter is what it sounded like, yeah man I ain't thinking twice.
Like my Set-Plan, I'm all set-man you'd think I'd be switching sites.
But I'm staying at home with the homies cus we ain't picking fights.
But we running up on ourselves sprinting around like we're in the league.
In the lead feeling too supreme creating wars in the middle east.
Speechless up on the beat-less impressing the priestess,
up on the beach-press behind the bleachers.
I won't take your money or sleep up on the beat, yet.
We completed work where unneeded but we've succeeded.
Look me in the eyes and say you don't like me, no need to pretend.
But man just let it be, let it go have some fun, have a blast.
I just wish I did the same back on my own past.
//
//Hook x2:
Let it be, let it free like we're running from a bomb.
Be who you are and run your life like a marathon.
But don't run from your past like you weren't paragon.
Or these rap para-shooters will gun you down like you're Megatron.
