shoved in an asylum cause they think your insane
they play you like a game

like a fuckin animal theyre tryin to tame
in a corner cryin
in my bed im lyin
lyin my ass of to the pricks that are tryin
to reach inside my brain with words of selfsame
but this shit aint workin in my bed im jerkin
in my head feelings are lurkin
of suicide and deprive
they say pills give you a calm mind
well my calm mind died
calm mind suicide
you can succeed but only few have tried
to help me in my darkest times
so before you take away the sharpest knives
why do i want to end my life
because its shit just a bit
its all a trick they think youre thick
too thick to notice all the progress
all the progress that you know no one will notice
so listen to me and think twice
put down the fuckin drink and drop the knife
