Younger

As I look back in the past in my own time

I see things that really blows my mind

Like damn, where had the time had gone

I knew that I was changing all along

As long as people come and go I still stay strong

There are things that I could never go wrong

As a new chapter of this story has been drawn

Like damn this new song I wrote is the bomb

It's been over ten years since I had lost my mom

With the pain deep inside just like a napalm

Only the music on the radio could keep me calm

Unlike Trump in DC as an unwanted sitcom

Even though my day is almost here

There are some things I should look back for real

Things could only just make you stronger

But you couldn't get any damn younger

You got the lightning but I got the thunder

The words inside is fuel for my hunger

There's no need to eat a bar of snickers

Cuz it's only for the weak ass haters

That don't care with no arm raised

It feels like you're trapped inside a cage

Like an animal that wants to be released

Trying to achieve goals that you're trying to reach

Don't let people besiege your dreams

With all the nonsense and all the screams

Only hate can make you stronger

But you're not getting any younger

 

I was sitting and wondering if I made the right decision

Or have I just did the wrong thing that could land me right into prison

Why you getting inside their feelings

I don't know what stunt you're pulling

Trying to say that everything is okay

And it would never get any better by the day

I won't stop till my time is up

I will never keep my mouth shut

As my heart is still pumping blood

Like I don't even give a fuck

Playing shit like pass the buck

Yall playing with fire man that's no luck

Dragging my good name in the mud

With your cheap shots and your bluffs

Your ass would end up in handcuffs

You're lucky your ass didn't get locked up

That is even worse than kissing and makeup

I don't know why do you have to lie

I've just left my damn nest I'm done

I'm tired of listening to these bums

It's my damn life and I get stronger

But I'll never get any younger

 

There are sometimes in life when you have enough, and you have to go through so damn much

Time is with us for a reason people have to leave one day, and you have to do things on your own

Sometimes you have help sometime you don't that is a way of life Its a dog eat fuckin dog world

As I learned from Mulan, never be defined by someone elses opinion of you

You might be stronger, but you're not getting any younger
