I was really young,

And I was really sad

Crying seeing people

Walking with their dad

But see I only had my mom

But I knew she was both

I knew I had a dad

And I knew he was not broke

Could’ve helped my black Queen through

But see he ain’t smart at all

I show did send him a nice long line of missed calls

Had to force him with all strife

Guess that was not nice

His mom is more involved

Up in my lonely life

Now I’m gon be really honest

I believe in a second chance

But I gave him more than 2

Even gave that man a hand

Then I start doing the wrong thing

Putting it on my mom

Knowing It wasn’t my black queens fault at all

but see us kids dont think

I regret it all

I gave him a chance

When I am rich I bet he’ll be a fan

But when I find out where he work

Imma take that man to court

Bout put to put him on child support

Now I’m 12 and I ain’t fulish

And he gon see

The better sophisticated side of me

I sent him a message saying call me ASAP

Gave it to him straight always will remember that

Never would of guess he admitted his doing

At that part I was silent to me it was confusing

He apologized and all of that

Now it’s good to say that I have a dad

Its okay if thats all you have

one day you will have a hand to grab

you know its good to cry and its okay to be sad

most of us are mad

because we imagine in our heads what we couldve had

to be honest some things you just cant grab

just because of a mom or dad

but we take things for granted most of the time what we do have

and that lonely feeling behind our madness always seems to be bad

but its okay dry them tears

all you gotta do is reach out to somone and help is near

 

All you kids you out there gotta show them wrong

Stay together and soon we will be strong
