Its grey outside the perfect time to spark one up and write some rhymes
We sit inside and theorize of types of life beyond our skies
Inhale in exhale out, inhale green exhale cloud
Chilling with an instrumental that's what life is all about
Think you got it figured out, nodding to the wavy sound
Digging for the flavor buried deep beneath the underground
Forget what you were saying, forget that you were making
Something in the kitchen that could satisfy the craving
Head on out the back door to sit and watch the rainfall
Something about that scenery that strikes me like a fastball
Open up the mind and let the knowledge flood inside
Realize the government just feeds the public lies
We're not a bunch of thugs its not a gateway drug
We're not even slightly violent like an angry drunk
Never been a threat never seen blood shed
They're not even half the lies the government has spread
Alcohols a real problem often its forgotten
How much of an impact
Rolling up more reefer turning up the speaker
realize you gotta bounce
A hundred eyes or twice our size I wonder would it hypnotize,
I wonder would it tell us lies or leave us with their own advice
Would they leave us paralyzed or help to make us realize
That we're nothing special
