Forgive Them Forgave Them

Why they feel the need to hate on me I don't really know

every day I went to school then I would come home

some days I would wanna be left alone

and one day I got jumped in the school bathroom

and I knew whom it was with his crew

would it have been different if I was in a classroom

after that I forgave him even though he slammed me on the pavement

I guess it was payment for all the times I was a bully myself

cause when bullies push and they shove they don't know what they done

hurting inside or they trynna fight something despite how hard they try

maybe they momma died or they friends have lied

or maybe life has just been a tough ride

everyday is a struggle for the ones who struggle

I'm talkin bout the ones who seen death face to face

or the ones who are seen as a disgrace

one word of advice though keep pushing on

keep going strong and don't forget to let your voice be heard!
