"Musicians play their instruments. I play the orchestra."- Steve Jobs
Uh excuse me? I think you said you knew me. That's funny cause even I'm sure I'm new to me
Can't say I'm certain I've matured I speak new words I've never heard of honestly
I'm still updating upgrading every other day a standard process with my coffee
Stronger every time I pour it I always pour out, never spill a drop on me
Or my Issay Miyake, 991 New Balance or My Levi's. My out-
-Put prolific if you don't admit it I doubt
You been paying attention. My retention rate for information's practically a propensity I'm dense
Intense, a little pensive, aggressive and, twice a week at least, offensive
Good fences make good neighbors, stay on your side don't steal my labor
I'm not paranoid because I can't be paralleled
But you're in peril of flying off while I spin this carousel
of careful chords absurdist words and burdened curtains of courage well
Striking lines better blind like I'm Marvel's Murdock, can't stop a Daredevil
Here am I hitting grand slams to the grand stands happily
Aptly only eating Applebee's cause Apple be my life story though not likely
To earn pity or make a heart throb. Perfection becomes pricey but I still can't stop.
If people stampede to the exits and some drop for the few who
Still remember my flow before they go it'll be worth the tombs.
And for those dropped down behind I'm sure they won't mind the tragedy
At least they saw my rise while I reversed earth's gravity
Rode it to the top , unstopped my pen blew off the heads of haters
Never in the mob. They lift me up like elevators
And throw me forward recognize a creator,
An innovator who does nothing but pop off perfectly to slice through the slackers
The slobs. Perfect but perfecting it's a paradox
I'm Unorthodox and untoppable. Gave this beat a heart attack somebody call the docs.
But not word docs I stay far from windows they can't launch grenade lobs
Y'all need to reload but I'm already uploaded though I know it sounds odd
I'm not another nerd in a turtleneck I demand you're respect like a demigod
Jurisdiction is the Apple stock while I'm calling the shots and commanding every optic
Can't stop this electric eccentric that’ll shock you through the doorknobs
He's the name I give when the mobsters call
I'm Steve motherboarding Jobs.
