Fading Dream

A dream where it fades to black.

And there seems no way to change it back.

I'm afraid. I was afraid to act.

That it might change and I wanted it to stay intact.

The fact is.

I feel like I was attacked and there was a lack of oxygen.

If I can write a song and ignite the light inside and find what's wrong.

Would I have the time to find what's lost inside my mind and right a wrong?

Is this the time I'm wrong?

Is this the divine on the line when I write a song?

Or a gift from my mind so I can guide along?
