Its about finding how you really feel and laying it on the track

dont worry about coming up with alliterations and smack

if you rap from your heart all the other shit is secondary

so dont you worry, put your thoughts out there

and little by little the flow will come through

you get into the groove and flow will come through

you can do some damage with your pen, dont you forget

make someones day with your voice coming out the casette

cause in between the noise and the effects and bravado

its all really about helping people get through tomorrow

 

so just put your thoughts down on this piece of paper

try and think about how you can relate with your neighbour

and then you find a beat that matches your vibe

play with the line endings a bit so that they rhyme

word play is cool and shit, and its a skill

but rapping is more than that, its distilled

an art form that is writing and emoting and making people feel,

cause at the end of the day, thats the only thing thats real
