A brand new year, so a brand new me
That's the world's most overused hypocrisy
They all think that they'll do it this time
Lose weight, quite smokes and save their dime
It's the same old shit just year after
Recycle that list and it's pretty clear
This brand new year will repeat the past
So clear your list and start from scratch
Instead of those goals that you'll never attain
You should take control rewire your brain
Love yourself and I bet you'll find
The rest of your plan just falls in to line
Love is that which enables choice
If you encounter hate you need to raise your voice
Stand up for yourself cause fuck the hate
You don't need that shit you're hella great
Another resolve for 2015
Is enjoy your life and to live your dreams
You only live once, cliched but true
In the end the only one with regrets is you
Cause no one else cares if you don't succeed
Don't change yourself don't get filled with greed
Be true to yourself and achieve your goals
Live your dreams and free your soul
My personal goals for this brand new year
Is to live my life and forget the fear
The fear of the future or the fear of the past
Ruminating on that shit won't help my ass
Instead I'll learn from mistakes of my past
Look forward to life and smoke a little grass
