Betrayal
• Written by Rakels
I feel alone everyday
I ain't got no one to talk to
I ain't got no one to spill my guts to
Always alone, never together
Even if we close we closed off
Never as one, man get me the glue gun
'Cause for some reason we run from each other
Never a lover, always ducking behind cover
In the triangular blunder we wonder
What it's like to utter the 3 special words
It's too bad 'cause we all cowards
Heading in a downwards path
Wondering what the aftermath would've looked like
Despite the lack of confidence
We distance our selves from one another
Yet we feel this hunger that strikes like thunder
That we've gotta rediscover from one another
Reckless we were, brave we weren't
Should've learnt from the start
When we heard the harp playing
Our hearts were racing like NASCAR's
The only thing that's left are the battle scars
We wear 'em like scarfs, showing them and hiding them all in one
Man I thought you were the one women that I needed
But fuck you, you cheated
Yeah we got heated, but fuck you got conceited
You kept it a secret, when I found out you pleaded
The moment you were defeated
You said you wouldn't repeat it
You nearly succeeded, had me fooled for a moment
A rash decision nearly made me the villain
Scratch that you fucking abrasion
Taking you out of the fucking equation
No problem equating the blatant mistake outta the formula
Fuck you've been orchestrating a plot and got caught
A scattershot to your top ought to put a stop to the story line
Ending in crime in The New York Times
