Everyone has the right to an opinion

But what if that thought resulted in killing millions

And what if you were driven to create your own vision

But hidden from the given is so many women and children

 

How can a book be the source of morality

But when you read it, there is so much hate and brutality

And how they kill people because of their sexuality

And how they silence anyone that has a different mentality

 

But as soon as we say they're bad people we're called racists

Even when their culture's riddled with steeples and rapists

And we're the ones who are called rude and narrow minded

When they're the ones who left the whole world sexist and divided

 

They all believe in something with no single evidence

That never shows itself or gives clues to its presence

And they use their beliefs to justify the prejudice

And tell us we're going to hell for being rational and relevant?

 

I don't think so, I'm not gonna tolerate it

Because I don't wanna live my whole life being moderated

By an invisible man that I can't see or hear

And I'm called a coward by the ones living in fear?

 

But after all, everyone has freedom of speech

And it's okay for them to say the stuff they preach

And it's okay for their beliefs to cause so much expense

To me, nothing that they say makes any fucking sense.
