This is just the alternative, this is not an improvement
Not sayin that i hate my chances...couldnt resist,
I needed a big hook when catching a big fish
They try to give me pointers I take advice where I get it
Im tryna move up the ladder it feels like Im climbing everest
The question is, who is he falling for on this journey
Not that we would judge her but she should have an attourney
Im Approaching her knowin Im way out of my league
Couldnt get in her garden, let alone plant my seed
But while they was smokin trees, I went to her on my knees
She gave me the green thumb, and now i can never leave,
Sacrifice sacrifice, theres a reason I said it twice
you gatta put in double time for things that are half as nice
I dont watch faces people lie in the blink of an eye
I play my own role and my character never dies
Mind the business that pays you even if its under the table
But faking it like you care is a job that aint stable
No love just balance, watch where you take your talents
Cuz you could be a trend or a never ending challenge
