Mother's Mistakes

 

A while ago we started therapy

But all you do is stare at me

And say I’m putting the blame off on other people

When the truth is, I be just tryin’ to make it equal

You won’t take responsibility, for the shit you did

And try to get me to say what you THINK I did!

To my own fucking brother

But you’re my fucking mother

You should trust no other

Than your son, whos been livin with you longer

Than your fuckin husband

Who is at the house for no longer than two days

A week, while the rest of the time you’re in a fucking daze

To see that your first child is growin

To be more of an adult than you

But all I want you to say is

“I apologize, I was wrong, you really have changed”
