Now that I've found myself for real I've lost you. So I just wanna say this.”

You know i have a way with words,

So I just wanna say “I love you”

Even after all the times I told you “fuck you”,

Still love you

 

Think I'm crazy?

Maybe

But truth is i’ve been thinking about you lately

Even though you swore to god you hate me

You don’t know how emotional you always made me

 

You’ve been down for me whenever,

Not just when It counted

You done had my back so many times

I couldn’t even really count it

 

I be good for the week when I hang around witchu

So if you ever down bad, You know i’ll be going down witchu

And i’ll be ten toes by your side when they clown witchu

Don’t even worry bout the lames, they don’t make a sound that’s true

 

Treat these lames like shoes, you can just ditch them like your old pairs

They like to talk real nasty, but to your face they never go there

They only tough on they Iphones, that shit don’t get them nowhere

And when they ask too many damn questions, you don’t even need to share

 

Man it’s crazy to think we were friends before I even had the bangs

I know you still remember the single glove and the fake chains

It probably feels like since then life’s been hella strange

But to be honest in my eyes, ain’t shit change

 

Other than us growing a couple years and we both got different hair

But my heart remains in the same place it’s been, i still truly care

I’ve meant this shit for years, and I still swear

That you will always have a place in my heart, i’m not going anywhere

 

I apologize for every time i said i grew up past my old ways

This time i mean for real, i left the bullshit in the old days

But my heart still ain't changed, they say family’s forever

So even if we aint been talking, i’m down for you whenever
