Lyrical Analysis of...
Almost Died this one Time
- I was once convinced to exit on a Rainy Day,
- "Mom I'm just going out to run" I Plainly Say,
- Grab my bag with no intention of Fading Away,
- I wanted to kick it with homies, the Pain would Stay,
- Because with friends my Dome would Roam to an Elevated State,
- To the point that we became what we Craved and Aimed Toward,
- But on that Day our Name's Lowered,
- Because our main homie had a new Game For Us,
- Only appropriate time for me to Await the Chorus,
- For the Way they Sure Trust,
- But the Weight's Enormous,
- I felt like I was supposed to be with the Gang on the Short Bus,
- I take a hit and hear a Train then the Floor Busts,
- I felt as if I was Strange Tourist who Came with a Torn Wrist in a Feign Forest,
- My legs may break from one of the Main Forces,
- Magical Entities start to manifest as I Take Doses,
- Actual Serenity I achieve through Plain Gnosis,
- As the rain patters I begin to Realize my Deranged Focus,
- I was caught with a sickness Vain's Explodin
- The coldness numbed my soul and I waited as my Grave Approached It,
- I was one with death in this realm of Hate and Abhorrent Lust,
- Accepted my Fate to Lay in this Cage Dormant Shushed
- A Sage's Torment that Delayed the Torrent's Abrupt Eruption,
- I couldn't heal with Corrupted Functions,
- Sealed Shut in Untouched Dungeons,
- So Much trash I had to Munch I was in a Rough Junction,
- There I faced my true Cuts and Punches,
- Questioned whether or not I had done Enough Lunges,
- And compared it to what I had done being a Mutt Bustin,
- Was I just waiting to be Shot Up and Busted?
- So I decided from then on I was to Toughen Up and Judge With,
- Unrealistic expectations so there was never a Stunt UnConfronted,
