Lyrical Analysis of...
tribute to unc (unfinished)
- Mann it wasnt nothing like that time i heard the news,
- woken up by my mothers tears my uncle got bluesed.
- Lawd goosebumps flowed all through my body,
- i was young but i new death was something so naughty.
- i aint cry though my body aint let them flow,
- and if you ask me i handled it pretty strong.
- family really fallen apart by this devistation,
- i admired his hustle, and everything he been makin.
- maybe thats the main reason i have trust issues,
- the ones you think the closest to you, can get you oozed.
- Sometimes i stare in the mirror wishing i could be like him,
- turn a band into bankrolls keepin a watch of them.
- thats when i realized all snakes dont hiss nomore,
- paranoid i dont even much like to answer doors.
- everytime i see his face my heart hurt more and more,
- and i refuse to let it go cause i wasnt really sure.
- he aint never ask for nothing from nobody thats right,
- i know its hard for my momo to sleep at night.
- all i can do is send a prayer in hopes that she heal nice,
- i wish there was a second chance so that he can live twice.
