Lyrical Analysis of...
Eh
- People always ask me jon, What do you want to be when you grow up?
- I always tell them i want to be in the NBA,
- They look at me and smile, and say think realistically,
- Well when i was younger i wanted to be in the NFL... till that failed,
- Then i wanted to be in the MLB, till i realized that it just wasn't for me,
- See what i see is not what you see,
- Being in the nba is not a dream, it's my destiny
- I ain't trying to give up now cause i gave up two dreams,
- People always asking what's on my feet, i tell them it's all i can afford,
- See i ain't got that kind of money stored so i pray to lord,
- that someday i'll be blessed that i'll have kids i can afford,
- I understand i don't have the worst life,
- Everything going on now wishing it'd be a script
- But im not trying to give up now and just quit,
- I keep telling myself i wanna be the greatest,
- And i wanna be able to hear my name being chanted the loudest,
- While im making my friends and family the proudest,
- And making everyone else speechless
