People always ask me jon, What do you want to be when you grow up?

I always tell them i want to be in the NBA,

They look at me and smile, and say think realistically,

Well when i was younger i wanted to be in the NFL... till that failed,

Then i wanted to be in the MLB, till i realized that it just wasn't for me,

See what i see is not what you see,

Being in the nba is not a dream, it's my destiny

I ain't trying to give up now cause i gave up two dreams,

People always asking what's on my feet, i tell them it's all i can afford,

See i ain't got that kind of money stored so i pray to lord,

that someday i'll be blessed that i'll have kids i can afford,

I understand i don't have the worst life,

Everything going on now wishing it'd be a script

But im not trying to give up now and just quit,

I keep telling myself i wanna be the greatest,

And i wanna be able to hear my name being chanted the loudest,

While im making my friends and family the proudest,

And making everyone else speechless
